Q. what companies typically hire appian way?

A. Any business that is looking to set up a Mobile App Development team, or expand/stabilize its existing team, should reach out to us. Teams set up include in-house mobile app development teams, as well as satellite teams in low-cost countries. We usually help Fortune 1000 companies, but have experience in setting up bootcamps for smaller realities as well. In such case, companies enroll existing staff members and/or newly hired personnel in a multi-company bootcamp. The advantage of such bootcamp is that it will most likely touch upon more different types of technology. Every course has a basic set of subjects covered, but leaves room to learn company specific technologies.

One of the main reasons Appian Way organizes training courses, is to make sure that company-specific and desirable technologies are learned and applied. A. Upon completion of the course, coders will master the necessary theory (and company specific technology) to hit the ground running. However, we learned to significantly improve the success rate of teams and their integration into your company, if we allow for a transition period. One from theory to practice, one where they get to learn their new colleagues and work culture, all the while receiving the necessary support and technical support needed from the same trainers that thought the course and know your company!
